Assistant Management Accountant

Main Duties:

As an Assistant Management Accountant, your main duties include:

• Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly financial and management reports.
• Perform capital expenditure reconciliations and prepare related financial reports.
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on time.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accurate reporting of project progress and balances.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• Support Capex planning, approvals, and forecasting activities.
• Reconcile foreign VAT accounts and collaborate with the VAT team on claim submissions.
• Analyse and allocate costs related to both contract and permanent labour.
• Provide financial support and insights to the Technical Centre team as needed.
• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions.
• Participate in internal control and compliance processes.
