Main Duties:

As a Finance Assistant, your main duties include:

• Oversee and reconcile the company’s cash and treasury-related activities
• Carry out regular bank and transaction reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Process and review invoicing, sales, commissions, and expense-related items
• Manage foreign currency transactions and conversions
• Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries via email and phone
• Reconcile incoming payments and records within the company’s financial systems
• Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations as part of reporting cycles
• Provide cover and support for team members during periods of leave
• Assist with month-end processes, projects, and other ad hoc finance tasks

Location / Office / Culture

You will be working hybrid, typically 3 days a week, from the contemporary based in Lichfield. The company has flexible working arrangements and fantastic opportunity for progression. This role is ideal for someone knowledgeable and sharp, who thrives in a fast paced environment.
