Main Duties:

As an Finance Assistant, your main duties include:

• Processing supplier invoices and payments using NetSuite
• Running supplier payment batches
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly consolidated Management Accounts
• Taking ownership of balance sheet nominal accounts and reconciliations, including supplier statement reconciliations, management of credit cards and mileage claims, rebate management, posting month-end journals, and trade creditor/payables management
• Contributing to the implementation of best-in-class processes and controls through continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with relevant stakeholders on ad hoc tasks and projects

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Actively studying ACCA/CIMA/ACA or AAT
• Previous experience working within a finance function in a commercial environment
• Exposure to transactions between entities or group structures
• Comfortable working to tight reporting deadlines and managing competing priorities
