About the Business

A fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing logistics business based in Studley as a Finance Manager. The company offers excellent training and development, with the chance to work closely alongside the Finance Director. This role also provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with the business owner and progress towards a future Finance Director position.

Main Duties:

As a Finance Manager, your main duties include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts for a fast growing SME business
  • Overseeing daily finance activities, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Maintaining intercompany accounts and performing regular reconciliations
  • Delivering detailed departmental analysis as part of the management accounts
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Providing meaningful financial insight to support informed business decisions
  • Acting as a key point of contact for external accountants and advisors

Location / Office / Culture

The role is hybrid with 4 days in the office, 1 day at home. The company operate from a contemporary office based in Studley. The role offers genuine progression opportunity with excellent mentorship from the Finance Director.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified – preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrable experience in producing end-to-end management accounts is essential
  • Confident working autonomously while maintaining close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of intercompany accounting principles
