If you are offering 1/2 days in the office and 3/4 days at home...

…This is a really competitive offer and will attract circa 95% of the local market.

If you are offering 3 days in the office and 2 days at home…

 

…This is now the happy medium and most are happy with it. You will have access to c85% of the local market.

If you are offering 4 days in the office and 1 at home….

 

…This is now getting pushed against by many. We would guess that maybe 50-60% of your local market would be interested, but much more focus will be put on the business and how attractive it is.

If you are asking 5 days a week in the office…

 

…This can be a real uphill struggle. You are now looking at your hyper-local talent pool and the % of interested talent in the local market could be as low as 20%. 4 in 5 will probably say no on the working arrangements alone.

If your role is fully remote…

 

…A surprising amount of candidates are not interested in fully remote roles and it may only interest 60% of the engaged talent. However, as you now are not tied down by geographics, the role is still infinitely easier to fill as the talent pool is that much wider.
