National Grid is an electricity, natural gas, and clean energy delivery company serving more than 20 million people. Warwick is a large, important site for National Grid.

Established in 1974, Severn Trent is responsible for most water supply and sewage disposal in the Midlands. They serve an estimated 4.6 million homes and businesses in the area. Their headquarters is situated in Coventry.

Founded in 2003, this company acquires manufacturing companies. They oversee companies in the aerospace, automotive, and metallurgical industries. The company’s head office is in London, but they have a registered office in Birmingham.
Property – Coleshill
Formed in 2020 by the merger of Bovis Homes, Linden Homes, and Galliford Try, the Vistry Group is building affordable housing in 26 regions across the UK. While their headquarters is situated in Kent, their West Midlands branch is based in Birmingham.

For 200 years, Ibstock Bricks have been manufacturing bricks for construction companies all around the UK. Their head office is based in Ibstock, but they maintain a number of factories around the West Midlands.
Retail – Leicester
Established in 1979, Dunelm is one of the largest furniture retailers in the UK, with 200 stores operating across the country. Their head office is based in Syston, and they also have a factory in Leicester which produces curtains and blinds.
Financial Services – Nottingham
Established in Dublin in 1996, Experian is one of the largest credit reporting companies in the world. Their UK offices are based in Nottingham.
Retail – Enderby
Founded in 1864, Next plc is one of the largest clothing retailers in the UK with 500 stores operating domestically along with another 200 in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. They also have a place on the FTSE 100 index.
Manufacturing – Derby
An critically important Aerospace company, based in and around Derby. Rolls Royce design and manufacture of engines for aircraft for both military and commercial use. They’re currently the second largest manufacturer of aircraft engines in the world. While their head office is in Derby, they have multiple sites across the country.
